Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all group tours, free and easy arrangements, and other travel services unless specified otherwise. In case of any discrepancies, the terms and conditions outlined here will take precedence.
Reservation, Deposit and Full payment
- A deposit of at least 75% of the total tour cost or the full amount for the air component, whichever is greater, is necessary at the time of booking. Please note that the payment of the deposit does not guarantee the tour's confirmation.
- For package tours, the total payment must be completed at least 14 days before the departure date; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. For other types of tours, full payment is required upon confirmation.
Payment Terms & Condition
We want to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our clients. Here are our standard payment terms:
- Invoicing: Invoices will be dispatched alongside the itinerary, which contains a comprehensive breakdown of the services rendered.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy (By Customer)
- In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s
- We must be notified of the same in writing
- The Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our control as mentioned below
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
- Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
- Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Cancellation By The Company
- Company operates as an agent for the services provided, and all arrangements remain subject to final confirmation, even after a deposit or full payment has been made. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the finalization of arrangements and necessitate the cancellation of a tour reservation, the Company will strive to inform the Customer at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- The Company retains the right to cancel any tour before departure for any reason, including but not limited to an insufficient number of participants. For Package Tours, a minimum group size, determined at the Company's sole discretion, is required for confirmation. If this minimum is not met at least 14 days before the scheduled departure, the Company may cancel all reservations for the Package Tour.
- The Company may suggest alternative tours, either to the same destinations or different ones, based on the current tour fare. For free and easy tours, accommodation and services are provided strictly upon request and are subject to confirmation. Surcharges may apply on a case-by-case basis, and the Customer will be informed accordingly. If the Customer declines the alternatives, the Company will issue a refund without further obligations.
- The Company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer due to cancellation. Except as outlined above, the Company disclaims any liability for claims, losses, damages, or costs experienced by the Customer.
Refund Policy – Payment Mode
Refunds for payments made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer will be issued through internet transfer or UPI, typically processed within 2 to 4 weeks following the cancellation date. In the case of credit card payments, refunds will be processed through the relevant credit card company, usually taking 4 to 6 weeks from the cancellation date. It is important to note that during peak seasons, the refund process may experience delays due to higher transaction volumes.
